You may choose to have your online order shipped to the school/organization or to your home. All orders placed on the paper order forms are automatically shipped to the school/organization. If you don't have any shipping choices it means your organization has chosen only to offer one type of shipping.
Shipping to a home address: We ship anywhere in Canada including PO Boxes and rural addresses. We charge a flat rate of $18.95 for anywhere in Canada and all orders over $150.00 will ship for free.
You may choose free shipping at the checkout if you ship to the organization/school you are supporting.
Please note we us our best efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated, but delivery dates are approximate only. All items are delivered by a third party, and governed by their shipping contracts and is beyond our control. We are not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods to you.
Carrier automatic emails are sent with estimated delivery dates and tracking numbers. We are not responsible for any losses due to parcel theft or weather damage. Please ensure you have an address for delivery where you can accept and retrieve your parcel right away.
DFS will only ship to the provided shipping address from checkout, this address must be entered fully and correctly or the parcel could be subject to a reprocessing shipping fee if sent back. DFS is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided.
