Once your order label has been created you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order once it has left our facility, if the tracking is showing invalid it means the order hasn't been scanned out yet. Check back within 24-48 hours for an update. Contact us if your tracking shows invalid for longer than 72 hours. We use UPS and Canada Post for our deliveries.
