Items purchased online will need to be shipped back to DFS at the customer’s expense prior to your credit card being refunded. Refunds will not be given after 14 days of receiving the product. All food items are non-refundable. If your item is broken/defective we will replace it free of charge, please submit a ticket with pictures of your broken item. Please note - DFS will only refund the amount of the item less the organization's profit. All returned items must be unopened and in original packaging with all accessories and parts.
